• Utility bill (not more than 3 months old) showing current address
• Bank reference not more than 3 months’ old (Applicant must have a 2 year (minimum) relationship with the referee bank)

Corporates

• CAC 2 showing current shareholders or other official document showing current shareholders
• Names of ultimate beneficiaries in the case of corporate shareholders
• CAC 7 showing current directors or other official document showing current shareholders
• Certificate of incorporation
• Memorandum and articles of association
• Current audited financial statement
• Ultimate beneficiaries (i.e. individuals) to provide the documentation required in 7.i

In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I may be held liable for it.

By signing this form, I have read the purchaser agreement and I consent to allowing Landmark share my data as provided, if required to third parties who might process same for purposes of the development of the waterview project
